Function : Fixed automatic numbing system,which is used for the electric stunning
Operational principle : This device will fix pig head position firstly to guarantee the best stunning effect. During the process of the operation, 3 electrodes are positioned in the head and the heart. The third electrodes（for heart） will provide a relax current to the pig, which could reduce pig’s spasm and easy for inserting bloodletting bayonet and hanging. Pigs can reduce the stress response, bone defects & congestion, PSE meat,good for meat quality.
The special design of the conveyor can hold the pig's abdomen, so that the pig is suspended, can avoid pig’s secondary damage.
Equipment introduction:
1.The frame adopts 80 x 40 x 4, 140 x 80 x 4mm stainless steel rectangular tube production.
2.Both sides of the aisle shield made of 40 x 20 x 2 stainless steel pipe and plate is made of 12mm thick high quality nylon plate; the side frame of the conveyor, head cover adopts a 12mm thickness high quality nylon plate. Power shield, on both sides of the shield are made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel plate.
